What this site is

This website provides general information about Ledger Audits and our services. Nothing on it is legal, tax, accounting, or professional advice, and nothing on it creates a client relationship. Engagements are governed only by a signed Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work, or a signed Engagement Letter.

No assurance, no guarantee

Ledger Audits provides readiness and internal-audit work only. We do not perform attestation, do not issue SOC 2 reports or ISO 27001 certificates, and do not guarantee any audit or certification outcome. Information on this site about frameworks, costs, and timelines is general and indicative, and may change.

Intellectual property

The content, design, and marks on this site are owned by Ledger Audits or used with permission. You may view and share links to the site, but you may not copy, republish, or use our content commercially without written permission.

Acceptable use

Do not use this site unlawfully, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it, or submit false information through its forms. The contact form is for genuine enquiries only.

Third-party links and services

The site loads fonts from Google and processes the contact form through FormSubmit. External links are provided for convenience and we are not responsible for third-party content or practices.

Disclaimer and liability

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ledger Audits is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
